They are larger than most kids scissors so the kiddos like them.
I ordered these for a school bag give away. They are great for kids in elementary school.
My patients, use them during sewing time and build your craft time. They don't cost much, and are easy to put away They don't come in bright colors
I was looking for a scissor that was diverse enough to use with my adult and child clients. This scissor is great! It is safe for children yet comfortable and sharp enough to keep adults pleased!
I bought this item to see if it would work for little hands (blunt), and sharp (but not too sharp). I needed it so they could cut through material...and still be safe at the same time. Worked perfectly.
We have used them multiple times for cutting paper and they work well. The kids have had NO complaints!
These scissors are used for our adult and adolescent psychiatric population - yes, they are billed as ""Kids' Scissors"", and they are too small for some adult hands, but they are a good safer alternative for high risk teens and adults (with close supervision, still). These would be too big for toddlers and small children, just right for older children, and passable for adults with smaller hands.
They work great and fit smaller hands. I am excited to see how they hold up.
I bought 3 packs of these in October, of the two packs I have opened I have had 1-2 from each pack break after just a few uses. The handles came off. The price is good, but you definitely get what you pay for. I wouldn't purchase again.
bought these for 1st graders and about 1/3 of them were too hard for the children's hands to open and close with.
