easy to use and no allergic reaction
Nice color turned out okay.
Love the smell of it and the color came out great
I was a hairdresser for many years and I love this hair color. Packaging is nice, the application bottle is easy to use and better quality, the gloves go on easy. Process time is the same as others, but it actually does cover those stubborn “natural” highlights. The overall color and feel of the product when processing and rinsing out doesn't not seem as messy as others can be. The final color is nice and shiney, my hair feels conditioned. It's my new favorite!
The color turned black, not light brown. Purchased 3 will be taking back 2 of them. Hope the return is easier.
i absolutely do not recommend. i thought i was purchasing a box of hair dye with the contents that come in it and i received three tubes of color creme, a conditioner, and a bottle of developer and there wasn't even enough in it for me to even attempt to color my hair. i didnt receive the original hair dye box, directions, gloves, etc. i am very upset. i thought i was buying this from walmart and did not expect them to do bad business like this. it wont even let me upload my photo and everytime i try it erases everything i have wrote. i give this zero stars. now that u realize thats its from this Diag Cattle company i just want you to know i will most definitely not be purchasing anything else from you
I used the dye Ruby Red. This color does not come out as a dark red but more of a bright orange. I hate my hair and will have to dye it again. I only dye my hair once every couple of years so I am very disappointed with this color. This has never happened before.
I am very disappointed with the work of the store employees I made an order for Schwarzkop hair dye number 6.86 3 packs came to receive my order at the store And what did I find? There were 3 packs in the package, but each of the packs of a different number ((( If you do not have the ordered color number, then why pack other numbers ??? Horrible job of store workers
I ordered two Schwarzkopf color boxes for Sparkly light brown. One box was opened and had a Loreal kit instead. It was obviously used. Im not shopping online through Walmart anymore. 😡😡
If you are purchasing any items from WalMart, do so directly. I purchased through them from a 3rd party seller. I did not get the correct order and the vendor has not responded, nor refunded my money. Even after I returned the product that I was shipped in error. Very dissatisfied!!
