Like having my nook handy or cell phone while I workout has handy ledge, plus holds 10" tablet on top extender. Like the mp3 plug. Speakers are ok, but I wifi to room speakers. The seat adjusts two ways. I am 5'3 & husband is 6'4 so easy to fit our needs & different levels of intensity. Really quiet so you can workout without disturbing anyone if earlybird. You can watch tv with being able to hear tv. The fan is not powerful, but at least it came with one. Overall after researching all the options & the fact both me & my husband could use it, we are pleased. Shipping was fast. Delivered to home, no damage & hubby put it together with tools in box. Well built & has levels on bottom of stand. You cannot go wrong with a Schwinn.
I read all of the reviews before purchasing, and I can honestly say this bike slightly exceeds my expectations. Very very quite. Holds an iPad perfectly. I am 5 ft 9 inches tall and it works great. My girlfriend is only 5 ft 1 inch and she is too short to use it. Beware if you are short, but other than that I would definitely reccommend it.
I've had my Schwinn 150 Upright Exercise Bike for a couple weeks now and absolutely LOVE it!! I researched many upright bikes and this bike had the best reviews by far, so I decided to give it a chance and I'm so very glad that I did!! I am 6'1, very lanky, and wasn't sure if I'd "fit" well (many bikes aren't designed to accomidate my very long legs... I have a 39 in inseam.) I was pleasntly surprised that with the handle bars in the most forward postition and the seat in the furthest back postion, I fit just fine! YAY!! My husband, who is 6'3, but is more evenly proportioned, also fit just fine. As other's have stated, it's super quiet. The display is awesome! The resistance levels are superb! The only negative is that the fan is pathetic. But, the fan was like an extra bonus feature, so it doesn't change my overall opinion that this bike is PERFECT!! Definitely worth the money spent.
We did a fair amount of research before buying this product and are very happy with our decision. The bike looks great, is sturdy, is shockingly quiet, and was easy to put together. Great purchase!
Excellent value for the money, smooth and quiet. Good electronics and comfortable seat too. Assembly instructions could be better in so far as most of it relies on pictures which is good but doesn't have enough explanation to go with it as a prior review had stated. From what I have seen any bike lesser in cost than this has lighter framework, smaller seat and overall lesser value, unless one wants to spend less. For our money this was a good investment.
The Schwinn 150 is extremely quiet. Had to download the operating manual from the web. Would have been nice if it had been included in the box the bike came in. A little difficult figuring the assembly from the pictures. Verbal instructions explaining what the arrows are trying to point out would have been nice too. All-in-all, I am very pleased with the bike.
I read reviews and decided to buy it and i am glad I did. It is very quiet and easy to put together. Has speakers for my iPod and can fit a book to read . Thank you Schwinn!
Used site to store shipping. Arrived earlier than stated. Box weighs 80 lbs, but fit easily in to the trunk of my Chevy Cruze with the seats down. Easy to Assemble. Quite riding Has a place to put my tablet on so I can read or watch Netflix movies while riding. So far so good.
It's an exercise bike. No spinning flywheels or chains. I like the idea that this product seems to have been designed from the ground up as an exercise bike, not as a bicycle, modified to be an exercise bike. It's sturdy, and works well, but what impressed me the most was how quiet it is. Absolutely silent while in use, no matter the difficulty level.
Main body of the unit (plastic body moulding) was cracked during shiupping... during assembly a small portion near the handbar post also cracked... can't tighten handbar post enough to stop it from wiggling around... our last unit lasted for three years, lots of miles... I hope that the core of this unit will hold up... the facade has not...
