my 9 year old grandson was thrilled when he received this. Its like granny where is your baking soda and vinegar. (by the way used all of the stuff up) The painting was easy to do also. Now he needs a job so he can buy the ingredients he need to keep building the volcanoes (SMILE)
I puchased this for my son who kept insisting he wanted to "make a volcano". It is not great on the quality, but the directions were simple and it did come with a nice book and poster. My expectations were not that high, but it did work and he liked it. For the price, it was worth doing this vs. making a paper mache volcano.
