Exactly what I needed , always out of packaging tape when I need it ! I like the fact that its individual rolls . Can't go wrong with Scotch products. Great product at great price !
This is a very good deal versus buy single roll at other stores. They increased the size of the rolls since the last time I bought this multi-pack at Sam's.
hard for me to open the new package of tape works well when applied correctly tape folds on itself. sticks to itself creates air bubbles under itself when applied to the box if you take your time and make sure the tape is laid down smoothly, it works very very well and I would recommend it I have a great deal of problems opening up a new role of tape and when I'm not careful and the role closes onto itself, it's very difficult to find the edge and to open it up when I go slow and I remember to save the opening it works well
This review is more about my lack of investigation before buying. This tape dispenser has a hinged flange that you have to push against surface (eg box side) you're taping to allow the teeth to protrude to cut tape. Challenging for nonstandard surfaces. I'd prefer one with teeth exposed. I have long familiarity with both types and tape easily comes out from under the guide path. Maybe I need a refresher course.
Did have the color put tab had to fight to get the tape started
Tape isn't as clear as it should be, it is cracked or bubbled. It still sticks fine but looks odd. I expected more from a name brand tape. I would have added a picture but I'm working from home today and the tape is at the office. I might take it back the next time I am able to go in store.
Purchased last night and when I got it home, discovered there was no metal cutting strip. I needed to ship a package, so I used the tape anyway, cutting it off with scissors.
Each roll came apart every time I tried to use them. It was so frustrating to try to use, and I tossed all of them!
I use this tape regularly and wont buy it again as I have had poor adhesion on boxes . I purchase new boxes and I make them use them and a week later the tape is curled up and completely seperated from the cardboard . The actual tape is stronger than other brands but the adhesive does not adhere to cardboard it must be some kind of enviormentally friendly garbage that does not stick . Give me some tape with chemicals that stick I dont care if its toxic I am not eating it .
Am I the only one who cant seem to use it??? We have several tape guns, no issues, picked two of these ups for another office. Go to tape a box, tape ALWAYS sticks to the bottom spring held metal plate. Sometimes a strong tug gets it loose, but most of the time it is impossible. Have wasted so much tape. Tried second gun, SAME THING! Ready to toss these in the trash.
