[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Scotch® Magic™ Greener Tape to repair a page in a book and taped a few notes for my wife to her monitor to make sure she sees them. The tape is unremarkable in that it behaves just like regular Scotch® Tape. The dispenser neatly cuts the tape off the roll. The tape is easy to handle and apply. It's plenty sticky! I like that it is made from 53% plant based stuff and it makes me feel good for using it. Note: 3M sent me a free roll to review. I do not get anything for leaving this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M gave me a free sample of this product to evaluate. This is new from 3M, Scotch Magic Greener Tape, made with Plant Based materials. I used this tape to wrap a present for my friend. It worked wonderfully. Hardly able to see this tape on the package. This tape held the wrapping paper strongly and was very easy to use. I would recommend this product to all of my friends and family. This tape is good for the environment and the tape holder is refillable too.

Now, I love it even more for bringing out this new product. It works just as great at the original. It maintains it's stickyness and is easy to use. I like the brown package as well. I used it to close back a pack of noodles and it works great!

I absolutely love that it is a “greener” tape made of plant blasted material - way to save the environment! It is great for gift wrapping because a simple rub of the tape and it is hard to see. Finally it is nice and strong and holds the wrapping together!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the green tap to my office where I keep archives of news articles pertaining to our company. I tape the article to bond paper for filing. The green tape was “tough” in the plastic container's teeth. But when I moved it to my desk dispenser with metal teeth, it tore off last me a charm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am always interested in finding products that are better for our environment. I was a little concerned that Greener Tape made with plant-based materials might not hold up to the job. I was pleasantly surprised with the Magic Greener Tape because I could not tell the difference between it or regular Magic Tape for the purpose I used it for. I tore a piece of paper and used the Greener Tape to put it back together. The tackiness of the tape did not seem any less strong that regular Magic Tape. And the fact that the dispenser is reusable is another bonus.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my roll of Scotch Magic Greener Tape as a free sample for testing and reviewing purposes. I tested it the same way that I tested the Scotch Wall-Safe Tape. I attached a piece of tape to the cardboard backing of the tape roll, then hung the roll on various surfaces. I tested it on cardboard, metal, glass, plastic, painted plaster and wood. It stuck to all of them and the tape roll did not fall. Then the tape removed cleanly from all surfaces. Then I stuck it to paper. It stayed stuck. I also wrote on it with a ballpoint pen, and the ink did not smear. This is a good product and I am glad it is made with plant-based materials.
