This product is a real no-brainer choice. One handed operation is seamless. Being able to refill with the same applicator saves money too! I would recommend this tape and dispenser to anyone that uses standard 3/4" magic tape. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The One-Handed Dispenser was easy to use and cut cleanly. The only difficulty I had with it was when I was trying to thread the new tape to get it started. A longer "tab" of the green plaid may make this task a little easier. Fun to use! Can't wait to use it when I'm wrapping for the holidays. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I bought this last year and love it. Only issue I've had was I forgot how to load it. The video for instructions should be prominently displayed on product page. That being said this is my favorite tape dispenser I've ever used. I wrap many presents all throughout the year and use tape day to day on just about everything.
The one handed tape dispenser works very well. It saves time, energy, and reduces frustration. It is easy to use. However, I found it difficult to reload. This may be a limitation of my skill.. This idea was taken from an old informercial product, that actually worked extremely well. I used to own one. It was blue & had colored tapes. Nonetheless I expected this product to work just as good, I wish it did. Every other time, the tape would get wrapped around the wheel, used to roll the tape out, therefore getting jammed right under the cutting blade. The blade is extremely dull, takes more than one try to cut, & because of this I had to CONSTANTLY check to see if the tape was on the wheel & 9 times out of 10...it wasn't. I came to the "scotch" site to see if this dispenser had a recall or some replacement program. As stated in other reviews, this unit does not cut well & then the tape sticks to the roller where it can't be reached. I don't write product reviews, but this dispenser is so bad, I didn't want others to waste their money..
I bought this product cos my 12 year old loves to wrap gifts and I thought it would be easier for her to get the tape in place and cut it... every time it cut, we have to open up the dispenser and re load the tape, we have yet to be able to keep the tape in position to continue using even thru one package.
