I happened to come across this wonderful product one day while I was shopping I picked it up since I knew I was going to be wrapping gifts soon. I Loved it, I use it when wrapping gifts and attach it to my hand for easy access and also it does not get lost under wrapping paper and ribbons. When done wrapping I use the attachable mount in my kitchen cabinet so I can use it to repaire childrens papers for school and other projects and know exactly where it is at all times. I'm so frustrated trying to use this tape because it won't pop-up. I've even installed a refill tape and still the 1st piece comes out great and the 2nd never follows. Trying to peel the sheets apart is a real frustration. I'd love to know how to use it properly because following the instructions did not work for me,.
I love the concept of this product and looked forward to using it when I had a lot of packages to wrap. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get it to work. While I can get the top sheet of the packet to slip up through the slot, when I pull it out, the next sheet fails to follow. Taking apart the dispenser, peeling up the top strip, sliding it back through the slot and closing up the dispenser and putting it back on my wrist is followed by the next tape strip failing to pop up.
