Needed a loose fitting pant leg and these fit the bill. Used for a person having a knee operation. Pants were long and needed hemming for a 30" length. A size "L" fit a 38" waist. Material is light and holds its shape. Has a draw string at waist as well as elastic. Also has a front zipper! The two cargo pockets are large and have a very large opening with no button or velcro or flap to seal the opening. I would not put wallets or keys or anything of importance in these pockets because of the very wide opening. Price was good. Delivery was quick.
I am a contractor in a hospital, and I wear these pants everyday. They have a great fit and resist the everyday dirt and grime that we get into servicing all sorts of eq.
My husband is 5'5'' and about 130 pounds and the size small fit him just fine with a little wiggle room. Usually we have to have all of his pants tailored because they are always too long but these were a good length--maybe an inch too long at most which isn't a problem for him as they are fine once he puts his sneakers on. He picked these up at the store so he could return them if necessary which I highly recommend doing with any scrub pants or tops as they usually, in our experience, tend to be all over the place in length and width.

If you wade through the description you will find it has a 31 inch inseam. If you have to have them altered your price just went up.
Very nice! I'm using these as uniform pants for my middle school child. He's had many abdominal surgeries and has to have an elastic waistband.
I am 5'9" with long legs and tall waisted. It was the other reviews that they ran long that inspired me to purchase these. The medium size fit perfectly. The medium Women's scrubs are too short, and the large are too big in the waist. When I read that they had a front zipper, I also hoped it meant that it buttoned in the front like pants. Instead it has a solid waistband with a drawstring, making the zipper a useless feature for women, which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I love that it has double-sided cargo pockets, as I have to carry a portable phone as well as other supplies, and the drawstring does keep the pants in place. I'd still give these 5 stars if the fabric were a little thicker. It has standard scrub fabric, which lasts me a couple of years before I tend to wear through them. The only other brand that I found with better fabric are Carthartt brand scrubs for men, but they don't fit me well like these do.
I am a petite length in my slacks. I did not notice any suggestions on size that would offer a petite length.
Nice, but too long. Had to take them to the tailor...five pairs! That is going to cost me...
There is NO CONSISTENCY in SIZING with scrub star...I bought a large pair of black pants a few months ago and the waist was huge and the pant length fit- my recent purchase was also an L and had a small waist and about a 36 long length. I am 6ft approx 225 how do I know what to order?
