Thank you for making the return and refund so fast and easy.
I run all 91 octane custom tunes. Must buy the custom tunes to see improvement in performance. Pulled a 10,000 lb load 4000 miles across Canada with a 2013 f150. Plenty of power and no mechanical failures.
I bought my SCT X4 to see if I could get better gas mileage. I loaded the 87 octane tune, corrected my tire size to 33 and tested it out. 3 miles to the gallon better, corrected my speed odometer and way better performance to boot. I am thrilled.
really woke up my 5.0 coyote engine! set it to the 93 octane setting. very happy! good mod. highly recommend! would really like to get it custom tuned! upped the trans. shift pressures to 15% over stock. shifts are very good! nice and crisp! feels very hot roddish!
i purchased this unit 3 years agouti been bugging me about updating it so i did and now don't work.because i have all my stuff deleted, like egr ,dfe ands so on.i called them to get it back to before update and they said gotta put alll stuff back on,well crap i don't have any more.so im stuck.the truck won't run now because the tune i need for all deletes is no longer there.i will say it is the best out there! just don't update!
I watched numerous videos on this tuner. Every one of them said it had WiFi build in to update it and you could tune your truck to the CAI. Neither are true. I'm in the process of returning the tuner for those reasons. It was easy to use
Upon receiving the package today, the box was in bad condition. I am giving it for a Christmas gift but it looks like either it has been used or sold and returned. The seals on the box were even broken like it had been opened before.
add says wifi able for updates but the device is not.
I used this product once, and my truck's engine light came on. Contacted tech support and I never heard back. Doesn't work on the Mac computers, which is about half the market these day. Fuel economy didn't improve. These things are all for show from what I can see.
Purchased for my f150. No real noticeable power. The scanner through more error codes then anything. I just had the tech support fix it. When I plug it in error code. I'm going back to super chips. Good mpg. Lots of power and easy to use. Sct. Junk
