Have this in my emergency to go bag..
It's great size and easy to use
We purchased this whistle for my elderly mother-in-law who lives with us. We needed something she could use to alert us that she needs our attention. She is frail but she can easily blow this whistle. And the sound is shrill and clear. Does the job we needed it to do!
Works fine, only not too loud. only for short distance; appropriate for in home use; not outdoors.
The whistles came with a disclaimer that it contains lead. It does not say what part-- if just the lanyard I could replace it-- but a lead product used by mouth is not what I was looking for even if it's just for emergencies. Very disappointed.
