So far I love these sheets! I washed them for the first time today, and there was a tiny bit of pilling, but I think that's because these sheets are made of such thick cotton. The sheets are very soft, and as I said, very thick. I love the fact that I was able to get organic crib sheets for such a reasonable price! (Like everyone, my husband and I have an incredibly tight budget.) I read a review that said they got two green sheets, but I got the pictured one green and one white fitted sheets. I don't know if maybe they package them randomly?
I love that I was able to find economical organic cotton sheets. These sheets are so soft and I have no problem fitting them on a standard crib mattress, even after washing. They are a little bit "pilly", but I think it's just the material and not a product defect. Doesn't deter from them at all. I also bought the pink set for my daughter.
I didn't take the advice of a lot of other reviewers for this product and now have lived to regret it. First wash they piled on everything else in there. Most things I was able to put through the dryer to get the fuzz off. But one dress I had in there didn't de-fuzz. I was very disappointed in the quality and really tried to be supportive of Wal-Mart getting some earth friendly baby products. My advice would be to spend a bit more on a quality organic sheet.
didn't like the color of the green, very gaudy, better products available, texture was a little rough probably after washing it would be soft but didnt want to try that out hence returned..
