I picked this street legalized e scooter. Others go faster but not legal for street.Police have watched me go by day and night. Never stopped ; untill, rode Highland Bike trail.Told no motorized transportation allowed.No ticket issued.Had to get off bike trails.You will be riding streets. Plot out 25mph/ 35mph streets try finding more 25 mph roads to your destinations.This baby does 30mph. Wear protective gear in rush hour traffic.Watch the street for potholes, bumps, objects, keep to far right lane.You will feel like a street surfer. Getting suspension up grade eventually and extra battery.On smooth roads like floating ride but it's ROUGH RIDING on Rough roads.I carry my scooter inside the pf gym. Going to buy locks and chains if leaving my Segway ninebotmax outside stores. It's not hard to lift for a thief, phone locks electronics; still easy to steal.I weight 220 and fly 30mph till power drops 2 bars then 29 mph. One bar 15/ 20ph.
I just got this scooter, and it is worth every penny, built very well and is hackable. You can add torque and get it up to 20 - 21 miles an hour and I way 180lbs. Don't be afraid of the high price because after riding it around and going to working back it pays for itself. because if you have car payment, car insurance and have to register your car within 3 months that would cost you as much as this scooter. Just playing around with it is worth the money. It's tons of fun and I promise you'll turn a lot of hits. so if you do plan on getting this be safe have fun.

Received my Ninebot Segway Max. Piece of cake to put together. Well packaged. Charged it and watched a YouTube on how to install the app and have it run optimally. No problem in the least! It is responsive, fast and a really fun ride. I am 63 and use it several times a day. Cannot tell you how pleased I am with it! It has a great headlight, cruise control and three modes of speed that really make it versatile.
Omg I fuqin love this scooter and the 18mph is bullcrap, that is only in eco mode. In sports mode it goes 32mph. Sooo worth the money because I only have to charge it every 4 days and only takes about 3 hours because I am usually still at half charge. So glad I bought this, and because of the mod that I can do straight from my phone with bluetooth, there is no more kick off to start it, just takes right off when pressing throttle. Woot woot, totally recommend the Ninebot Max
Pros: Good sturdy bike, well built as compared to other options. range of ~40 miles per charge. Cons: Stability issue due to only front brakes. (no rear brakes) No proper suspension for a bike with a high speed of ~20/25 miles/hr.
Battery life is amazing but even on smooth dry surfaces completely flat its very slippery. I thought at first you know new tires but no its bad you have to be very careful. But still way better than the GoTrax went through 3 of them. Still not sure I'm keeping this one though.
