Firm construction, good quality and perfect for new young rider. Not too fast but enough speed for the age!
Be warned, this is not a foldable scooter in the sense most people think. Yes, the stem can be separated from the base but it's just dangling and there's no feasible way to carry the scooter like that. This DOES NOT fold down for carrying the way commuting scooters do.
