I received this loaf pan to use and write a review, and i am so happy that i got it, i just make the best banana bread. this is a great pan it is non stick and cooks nice and even, can't wait to buy the other sizes.

This roomy bread loaf pan fits many recipes and leaves room to rise, which results in an evenly baked loaf. I can make several different types of bread, since the pan is heat safe up to 450 degrees, and loved that it came with a full 10 year warranty. I noted that on the packaging, and was very happy to see the company stand behind it's product. The loaf pan is constructed of durable aluminum, which makes it extremely sturdy, and features nice rolled edges that don't catch my tender loaf edges when I'm releasing my pastries from the pan. It's also dishwasher safe, which is extremely important for a busy Mom like me. My family goes through a lot of bread, so I am constantly baking. I love the large size of this pan for making sandwich breads. The nonstick finish makes it easy to get the loaf out, and this pan is even dishwasher safe! This pan is oven safe up to 450 Fahrenheit. I usually bake bread at 350, well within the range. It works great with the gluten free bread recipes I have been making for my family. I would definitely recommend this pan to anyone looking for a large bread loaf pan.
As a homemaker who bakes bread often, I'm always frustrated by the quality of loaf pans. Most tend to leave my bread burnt or underbaked. Not so with this pan! This pan is amazing! It's actually nonstick! Nearly half the time I make banana bread, the top and bottom half get separated when the bread doesn't release from the pan despite using oil/grease. This time I didn't grease the pan at all, and the bread fell right out of the pan! I am completely impressed! My only complaint is that the folded corners require some extra attention to clean.
