I purchased this product for cleansing. This product did what it suppose to do. I just take 1 capsulse and see how it works then increase it. I only use this product once a month or so for cleansing purposes.
I have been using Senna leaves for years. They relieve constipation totally when used correctly and since they can't harm you, you don't have to worry about side effects. Many products use Senna as their main ingredient.
I like Nature's Way brand of senna because it works for me and the capsules are a little smaller than some other brands.
This is the first time I have ordered these senna pills - always order the senna tea on line. So far, so good. Thinking these do the job well.

had problems before starting this product. I have taken this for over 8 years. works perfectly, never had to increase dose. ( one a day does the trick).great company to buy from. I rely on their quality of products and swift shipping.
Love it...works. I have issues all my life so I need something to use everyday or every other day that doesn’t have chemicals in it.
Not as effective as other brands
"The regular SENNA works better than this" anyway, remember that not all bodies have the same reaction. For us it just does not work. Thanks for the good prices!!
