I personally do not use this but my husband does. Without this product, my husband's visit to the Dentist would be so much more painful. He has perio cleaning done and needs a strong toothpaste that will help eliminate some of the pain without having to have a numbing shot every time he sees the Dentist. He says it has a great taste and it refreshes your mouth along with doing what it is meant to do......help with sensitive areas. If and when I get to a point where I need some extra help when seeing the Dentist, I will be using Sensodyne myself. Matter of fact, I have been thinking of using it just for the taste and freshness, but first, I must use up what I have on hand.
Not only do I have issues with sensitive teeth from brushing too hard for too many years, but in the last few years, my mouth has become sensitive to the foaming agent(s) usually used in toothpaste. Sensodyne cool gel seems to use less of the foaming agent(s). So, even though you don't need to use more than a pea size dollop, you will still have enough toothpaste to clean your teeth without lots of foam. I usually get at least one canker sore a week using other forms of Sensodyne or most any other brand of toothpaste. After years of use, I have had NO cavities at all. My teeth aren't as sensitive, I get very few canker sores and my mouth is healthy. I can't ask for anything more in a toothpaste than that.
After using the regular Colgate for the longest time, this has become my new regular toothpaste. My teeth became sensitive after not taking good care of myself. Wow! The difference this toothpaste has transformed with my teeth is unbelievable. I can notice the barrier this has created on my teeth, and I no longer have any sensitivities that I previously had.
I have sensitive teeth. I've tried a few of the Sensodyne flavors and like the Cool Gel the best. It has a nice mint flavor and does not have the grittiness of the normal white paste. The trouble is, this flavor does not seem to be carried in my area of the country any more (that I can find). Walmart on-line made it easy and very quick to get. I got my order in only two business days, even with the least expensive shipping.
This is my FAVORITE flavor of this popular toothpaste "COOL GEL".. for some reason, nobody has this flavor in my small town... NOBODY.. that goes for other of my favorite product choices... Walmart ONLINE does, however, does have these things... why not locally????
I had several dental procedures, and my teeth were extremely sensitive to the point of having trouble chewing. I have used this for a little over a week, and I have noticed a very big improvement in the sensitivity!
This toothpaste is amazing. I have sensitive teeth and easily gets aggravated with sour food. I suffered with sensitive teeth for a week, and was in discomfort the entire week, After getting multiple recommendations to use Sensodyne, had to give this a try. Let me tell you, it solved the issue with 2 brush! No joke this works! I love it and is my new staple for my overly sensitive teeth!
I couldn't find the exact sensodyne pronamel that I use now but I have used this one and many more by this brand. I really like this brand and ever since I found it, I have not switched to any other one and don't plan on it. This brand is the only one that I know that actually does what it says, by helping the teeth that have sensitivity and helps with intensive enamel repair. I do not use whitening products but this one whitens a little bit without hurting my enamel. I have an enamel deficiency and I trust this one over any other brand out there. This one repairs the weekend enamel and is a number one dentist recommended brand. If you have sensitive teeth,weak enamel, possible cavities, this would be the one that I would suggest you use. I have only positive things to say about this toothpaste and the brand altogether.
Sensodyne Pronamel Multi Action toothpaste is effective in maintaining healthy gums and preventing tooth sensitivity. However, it may not be as effective in whitening teeth or providing a particularly refreshing taste. Overall, it appears to be a good choice for oral health maintenance, especially if sensitivity and gum health are priorities for my family.

My teeth and mouth feel cleaner and healthier after using it, and I don't have any discomfort because it's made for sensitive teeth, and no mucus membrane sloughing I typically experience with foaming agents.
