My two month old refused to sleep more than 5 minutes in his bassinet. He liked sleeping in his r&p but that made me nervous at night. He is comfortable on this mattress and the mesh sides keep fresh air flow around him. It is larger so he can use it for a while before growing out of it and fits comfortable in a king sized bed.
