So far,I'm loving it, bought this to help with my bad back, after 45+ yrs of construction, and one minor back operation, I needed something better to sleep on. At my wife's insistence, I quit complaining and bought my Serta. It cut deep into my motorcycle parts and trip fund , but WELL Worth it 👍.
The shipping was fast. The bed was easy enough for 2 people to get out of its box. This is a bed for a guest room, but I still took it for a test run one night and it was very comfortable. I'd say it's nice, supportive mattress that's on the firmer side.
This mattress is so comfortable! I am over 200 pounds and there are no indents after I lay down. My back pain has almost gone away! I have thought about getting a topper just to help it last longer. This bed is great!
We love this mattress. My wife and I have different sleeping styles and prefer different levels of firmness, but somehow this mattress suits us both perfectly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for about a month and so far we are very happy with this mattress! I like that it's a hybrid with with both coils and foam. Somehow, it makes it feel both plush and supportive. I've had back and neck problems in the past and have not had any since. I also like how easy it was to set up. I love the bed in a box set up for ease of delivery and getting into the room that you want it in. I will say that this is a very heavy mattress and getting it set up on the bed definitely requires two people, but it is so simple. Keep in mind that it is folded in half and rolled. They provide you with a "letter opener" to cut the plastic which is nice, but it really didn't work too well. But once open, it puffs up very quickly! I also like the flexibility of using this mattress with or without a foundation. We currently have it on a foundation but will probably eventually get a new bed frame so we can eliminate the foundation. The mattress is so thick that it makes it almost too tall with a foundation. With the foam on top it measures almost 12 inches, which makes if seem very sturdy and secure. However, I do not find it "cooling." It seems like I've woken up hot many nights, but that could also be because the weather is getting warmer. Or perhaps mattresses with foam are just warmer than the traditional that I am used to. Either way, I think this is a comfy, quality mattress and the ease of set up is a much appreciated bonus!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted this as a replacement mattress for my school-aged daughter. This is a hybrid mattress, spring coil with a memory foam layer. The 11 inches are mostly coils, The memory foam layer is about 3-4 inches. I would not say that this mattress is firm. The springs do give quite a bit but when you lay down it's not so noticeable. This would be good for light or average weight individuals. I would not recommend this mattress for heavy set individuals. This mattress is good about not getting too hot, which was the problem with her old mattress.

Bed is ok but has started to become lopsided and indented in the middle.
Serta has e-mailed me twice asking me to share my thoughts. I typically wouldn't reply in this manner, but it appears that they really want my review. My mattress arrived in a timely manner, around March 16, 2024, and I am typing this on April 22, 2024. It seems comfortable enough. Unfortunately, just about every morning since then, I've woken up with a sore back. Often this is slightly before I'd have preferred to wake up. I've never had previous back issues; before this mattress, only camping equipment (like sleeping on the ground or on a simple cot) would induce the same effect. This said, I'm hopeful that the situation will improve on its own.
Do not purchase from this site We ordered a mattress and it never came in. We tried to call and email various times and even the customer service representatives where confused. We've been sleeping on an air mattress for 3 weeks and my boyfriend is getting sciatica. It's so frustrating corporate just won't get back to the representatives If you work at serta please give us our 800 dollar mattress. We are students and we work and we really struggled to save up for this.
