OMG!!! I love this chair!!! I went from an exercise ball chair to this and I am so happy with the purchase!!! It is super heavy and great quality. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting a comfortable, sit all day, office chair!!! It was easy assembly as well which is a plus too!!!

GREAT chair. This is the second one I've ordered. Very well made, sturdy, and extremely functional. I LOVE the way the lumbar support moves independent of the overall back of the chair. It is almost like a mini chair-in-a-chair...weird sounding I know, but if you are looking for lower back support while camped-out in your office chair the majority of the day this is the way to go.
Assembly was time consuming, but, not difficult. The chair is AMAZINGLY comfortable and very supportive for lower back. The only reason why I did not give it a 5 star is that is was smaller than I expected. The box does say TASK CHAIR, but the description doesn't. I assume it was more of a executive chair. It is a little small for me as a 6 foot male, but, the comfort and support is greatly appreciated.
My brother had one and I had to get one. I love this chair. It does take a little time to get use to because most of us are not sitting properly. I have back problems already so I am praying this make it a little easier.
Arrived well packed, Good instructions, easy to assemble
The chair may work for others but those with a back condition that doesn't allow setting up straight will find it uncomfortable, even painful for me. I tried it for about an hour in every position that I could arrange but the back pain continued to increase. Had to give up. The chair seems of decent quality and the instructions are clear but I wasn't impressed with the cloth material ... a bit rough. Suspect leather is a better option. For me, not worth the $275 even with a good back. We are returning the chair.
The chair material is good, however, if you want to tilt the chair back to relax, it is very impossible- I called the company, and they said that one needs to push against a wall and put a good amount of pressure to be able to lean back and actually stay leaned back- if not, it just bounces right back forward OR push on the ground really hard and push your back against the back of the chair to tilt which is super hard— I will be returning the chair
