I was worried about buying this toilet paper because many reviews say that it's hard. I was SO pleasantly surprised to see that it is actually quite soft! To give an objective comparison: -----> it is softer than Angel Soft but not as soft/plush/thick as Charmin <-----. This toilet paper is great if you have super sensitive skin or chemical sensitivities as it is processed without dyes or chlorine.
My children and I sadly have allergies to every other toilet paper but this one..We literally tried every other brand and seventh generation was our last option. Thank God we did. Before we suffered years of itching but not anymore. What ever the difference is made this paper hypoallergenic for the most sensitive. yes its rougher but so worth it to us.
Seventh Generation White Bathroom Tissue, 2-ply Toilet Paper 24 count, is good quality.
I ordered this toilet tissue last week and got notified that it was out of stock. Two days later it is still showing up on the app as available to ship the next day so I ordered it again. Very quickly I was notified they were out of stock, but today I received the toilet paper. However, it is only one pk not a 5 pk as described in the title and description of the item. Please fix your details and don't do false advertising.
I've been using this TP for years, willing to pay a little more for the healthier alternative. (I even liked it so much that when my local stores stopped carrying the larger quantity packages I started ordering them online.) I just received my new order and there's much more than the packaging that has changed. The paper feels and looks much thinner. It looks and feels like the paper has been rolled much more loosely to give the appearance of having the same diameter as the old rolls. I am including pictures of one of my old SG rolls next to a new one. It is also a bit stiffer and more rough. I am very disappointed and will be looking for a different brand to order next time.
I this package of toilet paper had streaks of black on some of the paper randomly throughout the roll and some round spots of black on it also. It looked dirty. I should have returned but didn't.
This is loosely rolled, 2 ply TP, the likes of which you'd find at a dollar store. Except it's ten times the price. Beware, the description is wrong. It's only 1 pkg of 24 rolls. If you're into saving trees, try bamboo TP. It's much softer and unbleached as well.
This may be advertised as a 5 pack of 24 rolls but you only get one pack of toilet paper. I called CS and they sent a replacement order… AGAIN, it was only 1 pack. Their check and balance system is terrible because in the description of this product, it says you get 2 packs of toilet paper. They ONLY SEND ONE!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The ad says 5 pack of 24 rolls. Walmart only sent 1 pack. Upon calling I was told to return and reorder. Again I only received 1 pack. Customer service gave me a hard time about trying to fulfil my order %26 told me to order a different brand of toilet paper.
The title says that you will receive 5 pack of 24 rolls each. I only received 1 pack and when I contacted customer service, they told me that there was nothing they could do for me and to contact my financial institution to dispute the charge.
