This was proof that a overpowering chemical is NOT needed to get my bathroom clean. I used this on my tub, tiles, sink and the fixtures and it worked fabulously! No fumes or coughing fits as I got the stains off the bathroom surfaces! This stuff is amazing. I love the recyclable and or reusable canister! I just needed a little bit to get everything clean. I’m in love with this product other than I’m contributing to the waste in our world with its small container also my bathroom smell amazing and it super fast cleaned my bathroom, I’m impressed on what this product can do, I’m a huge fan of Seventh Generation so here is another product on my shopping list!
Now I'm a big fan of the green clean movement, and I've tried Seventh Generation dishwashing soap and enjoyed the dye free aspects ect. Now that I've tried this new no plastic line of bathroom cleaner the old: bad for your health, bad for your septic bleach based cleaner will not be used again. Instead that of antiquated cheap bleach based stuff I'm going to use this from now on. Any parents out there can appreciate the safer formula of this cleaner as we all know how powerful a bleach scent can be, and no one enjoys that! This trumps the competition in every way! The design is great! I used the lid as a container to store the water/cleaner paste so I could dip my sponge in it, fantastic! The pouring spout is much more efficient than the old bleach cleaner, it's designed better, in a 6 or 12 I'm clock position instead of right in the middle where there isn't any weight. Also the no plastic, ingenious! You can recycle the container, refill it, or repurpose it. There aren't any unnatural scents or dyes so there aren't any strange color residues to worry about or a artificial smell to mask odors, this cleans the root of the odors and germs for a complete clean. Did I mention it's safer? Ever worry about mixing harsh chemicals like bleach and ammonia together? Me too! Well not with this so much. I mean it's still abrasive but by no means on the level with bleach or ammonia. Those are outdated chemicals of the past, now is the day of more tolerable cleaning agents such as hydrogen peroxide, oxygen, and plant based cleaners. Spread the word to others to discontinue using those harsh chemical both for your family and your guests, maybe others will join the Seventh Generation movement. Overall I'm super satsifed with the cleaning power of this product and the lack of harsh chemicals, it's an absolute no brainer to make the switch from the harsh, antiquated bleach powder cleaner of yesteryear to this newer, better formulated cleaner of the present. I commend Seventh Generation on this fabulous cleaning product that I feel a lot safer using around my two year old daughter. Bravo to Seventh Generation and bravo to bleach free!
Seventh Generation this is a great bathroom powder cleaner. I was able to use the powder, I made the mix, to clean the bathroom (sink, bathtub and wall tile). The powder cleaners are the future with helping the environment have less waste. You make and use only the necessary amount needed, that’s it. Pleasantly surprised! This cleaner works just as well if not BETTER than other products. Packaging is awesome, goodbye plastic! The tins are easily stored, easy to use (no more dripping liquid from the nozzle!), and most importantly there is no crazy strong smell! With a small kid and animals the smell is always an issue. The bathroom smelled clean, but not toxic! I am seriously impressed with the great cleaning power with hardly using a bunch of the product. It's removed hair dye and paint stains, and the hardwater ring. Go and grab for yourself you will not be disappointed! I received the Seventh Generations Zero Plastic Bathroom Powder at a discount in exchange for my honest review. I was using this product to clean a bathtub and tile. It was easy to use, just added some powder to a damp cloth and made it wet to activate the powder. I really liked the result. It was easy to clean. I like that it doesn't have a chlorine bleach and has no fragrance. It is a little bit pricey but it worse the money. I definitely will buy it again and recommend it to my friends.
This bathroom cleaner is ok but not great. It does a decent job cleaning but it does not seem as powerful as other cleaners of the same type that I have used. I tried using this in my shower to get rid of some soap scum and it did not do a great job but I did use on my sinks and they turned out clean. I do like the packaging since it does not have any plastic and I also like that it is fragrance free. I would recommend it but not for really dirty jobs. I liked the powder cleaner but I felt that it didn't dissolve as well as i'd like. I followed the directions and added it to a damp cloth and worked it into a lather but didn't find it did much. It did create some light suds in my sink but not what I was expecting. Overall the powder cleaner did leave my sink looking brighter and did remove any soap scum. Yes, this product is more natural but do I feel like it worked, no. First off, you are to pour this on a dampl cloth and then need to rubb it around to make a lather. That never happened and it was super grainy and just left residue all over. I can't really tell if it cleaned well becauseof this .
