My Shark makes mopping easier! It is no longer a dreaded chore. My mom used mine while helping me after recovery from surgery. She fell in love with it, so I purchased one for her as well. She loves it! Works great on my laminate and tile flooring!
This is so easy to use and does a fabulous job!!! You will want to use it daily however some wood floors cannot withstand that much steam cleaning so I just use it on wood floors once a month and all others frequently. It's fun to use and the reusable pads are easy to get on and off.
Loved it on first use! Loved the swivel, size of mophead, ease of using, and most of all my floor was super clean judging by the dirty mop( just washed floor two days prior with a regular mop). Impressed!
This is one of the best products I have ever used. I love steam cleaning my floors! It makes them shine and I love knowing the steam kills the germs, the matt picks up any dirt and the swivel handle gets into those really hard to clean corners beautifully. Just throw your dirty matt into the washing machine and it comes out clean and ready to be used again! Works so well on all floor surfaces of my house. I love it!
love my steam mop better then other brands I've tryed and this was cheaper , great buy other then the fact of my w a ter container lid breaking , looking for parts to replace with is hard.
This is my third Shark steamer and I am just as happy with this one. The others lasted about 4 - 5 years so it is a good value. I feel like they do a good job "sanitizing" my floor with the hot steam. The heigth of the handle is perfect for me, as I don't have to bend over (it doesn't cause a "hitch" in my lower back). I would recommend this item to other consumers.
It is lot as light as my last shark steam cleaner. It sometimes drips a bit of water when I flip it over to the other side. All in all it's better than using a regular wet mop and wringing it our frequently. I do like the way you can press the lever and the mop opens up to change the pad. The price was good also.
Steam mop cleans my floors where damp moping still leaves a slight look of dirt. I highly recommend steam mop to make your hard floors look their best. Great cleaning with Steam mop.
The same thing that makes this fabulous also makes it a NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. The swival head that makes it easy to use and efficient is made with a material that is not sturdy. I bought another one hoping it was just my angry teenagers stupidity that caused it to break, but it's not. I bought it again with insurance, because I already have pads for it and don't want to figure out another machine. I will just be very careful with it. And hope it doesn't break AGAIN.
Unable to find replacement pads. Many of the different replacement pads do not list the mops that they fit. Bought one pkg of pads and they didn't fit, so I returned the mop. I want to keep it simple, don't want to have to search and try different pads until I find the right ones. Also, while I'm a great fan of ordering online, I want to be able to go in and buy at my local WalMart. Very limited selection there.
