[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot vacuum is my new favorite cleaning appliance. It’s easy to set up through the app on your phone. It has custom settings to map out the area to be cleaned. It’s very powerful and really gets up every piece of dirt and pet hair. The sensors detect places it shouldn’t go, such as down stairs. It’s able to get into tight spaces too. You really don’t have to lift a finger with this. Highly recommend! I love it.

Getting it to work with the wifi and bluetooth was easy as well. We have ceramic and wood floors and even through some transition strips that seemed to be a little high it had no problems. Suction power its good, as good as any regular vacuum. Theres some different levels of power if you need a quick clean or a deep one. And there are focus areas as well if you want to make sure some busy areas look spotless. The app works in home and remotely, also you can set up schedules if your life happens to be hectic. Im happy with the new addition to my house and will give it an updated review in a few months while fully living with my Shark-ira!😂🫶🏻

It is quiet enough to run while my kids are napping, it doesn’t bulldoze into my dogs food because of its sensors. The app is great! It mapped my floors on the first use and got more and more accurate with each use. The app has a cute little feature to even name your new robot family member. The floors were extremely clean following the third run and i have officially gifted my old “other” brand vacuum shark to a family member. This is a great vacuum and highly recommended !

It came so on time! I took my time to figure out the house mapping thing, but after that it’s all easy. The best thing is to look online for some videos online and you will understand it. Great capacity, I have two dogs and kids, plus its all carpet in here, so it’s a lot of work, I’m pregnant and it made my life way easier. I’m using it every single day… Love the practicality of choose the rooms you need to clean each day of the entire house. Also the “avoidance areas” are so cool. Love it!

This helps a lot! I can let the vacuum do it's thing while I working. The suction has been good on both my hardwood floor and carpeted areas. Saves me time and energy and gets in a lot of spaces i thought it wouldnt be able to. Thumbs up!

It cleaned the house while I was away. I was pleasantly surprised how clean my floors and carpet were. I would recommend this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Shark Robot vacuum for two weeks now and it's does a great job of cleaning up after our two kids and German shepherd. The dog sheds so much though, that it does have to pause to recharge before finishing cleaning the house. The vacuum also had the misfortune of eating one of the kids toys, so that had to be fished out. Since our shepherd sheds so much the dust bin also needed to be emptied already. But that's to be expected!!!

I love how quickly the mapping works now and the new features of being able to spot clean and the air freshener is cool. Definitely huge improvements overall.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I really enjoy this for maintenence cleaning. It does have a few minor issues, but I'll start with the positive...my cat isn't scared of it. He runs to a different room because of the sound of the regular Shark rocket I have. Now, the negative... It sometimes skips entire areas if someone gets in the way while it's cleaning. Also, It doesn't always get everything, but it does a better job than a teenager with a traditional vacuum!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let’s be honest here. Everyone really wants to be able to go about their lives while the floors are cleaned without effort. Unfortunately this seems to be a pipe dream. The Shark robot vacuum is a decent supplement to an already regular vacuum schedule. It can have trouble maneuvering in pre-mapped areas, and has a tendency to quit in the middle of a cycle without completing the room. Okay, pros- This vacuum can handle a surprising amount of pet hair. While it can’t get everything, the Matrix clean feature does make it effective. The noise level is impressively minimal. Even while the robot is running, I can comfortably hear anything going on around me like conversation or streaming. The waste chamber is so easy to remove and empty, with a nice button to keep it from making a mess on your hands. And finally, it’s just nice to enjoy a break while the vacuuming is completed around me. The cons - It took three times mapping the floor before the robot was able to clean a room fully. There are times it will quit in the middle of a room and return to the base. It doesn’t pick up everything in an area, even after a few passes. Overall, it’s good as a supplementary cleaning tool, but I don’t think I’ll be retiring my stand vacuum quite yet.
