The woman I clean for bought this "for me". Ha! I thought it was just another one of her gadgets. Well! I think I am in love. I want one of my own. I want to buy extra pads for it so I can think less about constantly washing the pad and having it ready to go. This thing is AMAZING. No cleaning solutions. Just sweep or vacuum before and voila! clean floor. I have used it on both tile and vinyl plank and straight vinyl. All with beautiful results. A little pricey BUT I think I will be splurging on this. When you see the dirt on the pad....that is the clincher. You will be hooked. So easy to use. Does take a little effort to get the push pull motion going but once you are in the groove it will go quickly and you know you are actually cleaning, not just applying a chemical and swishing around. 5 stars for this amazing machine!

Feel very clean.
This product is easy to use, after following manual instructions diligently. I now clean my kitchen floor more often. . Even though the pads can be machine washed, two pads with the small load setting wastes a lot of water. I decided to buy two more pads to make the load a bit larger. Maybe that was Shark's idea all along ??
This is the second steamer I've bought . Both were great until they stopped making steam -- heating element conked out? I will buy another one because we just invested in a bunch of new pads., but I will invest in the warranty this time. When it's working, it's great. Very easy to change pads. Also, the ability to direct a strong jet of steam at a particularly dirty spot is really helpful. Be forewarned! Get the warranty!
This Shark steam mop worked well enough, and my floors seemed cleaner. The steam was ample although I could not control it, which I prefer. However, the cord is too short and the water reservoir too small. Also, the mop does not stand up, which I knew in advance. I am currently testing my third steam mop!
Purchased this mop February 2020 and the filling flask used to fill tank is cracked. Water leaked all over the counter. Shark needs to look at the vendor of these flasks, because it is definitely a manufacturing issue. The Dirt Grip Pad started to fray after one use. Was hoping to get an additional pad as some sort of consideration for this Fair product.
