I heard about this Steam pocket mop thru a friend. I ordered it and when I first used it, I was so embarrassed when I flipped the mop over. I thought my floors were clean, but the mop side I had used, was almost black. I was shocked needless to say. What a great mop.
Im in love with this steam mop. i have tile and told my husband that for some reason it still fills dirty after i mopped. After alot of research on which steam mop to buy i went with this one. I did take my time in making sure every piece of tile was being steamed and this was the results. Amazing!!!
I bought this mop about a month ago after replacing an older Shark steamer I had for 5 years. I wanted the same one and was afraid of changing to something a little different. But I did my research and this Genius gives me the steam that my tile floors require! The only thing I wish I had was a grout scrubber!
The steam mop works Great, I also bought 3 Extra Steamer Pads to. works perfectly to clean your floors.
I love this shark! It was one of the best Christmas presents I've gotten for a while and the fact that it is so easy and can be done and weekly basis that a lot of effort really makes the house shine
I've used it 4 times now and I see where I was leaving puddles of water from when I push forward and pull back to push forward again and see the small puddle?? Not sure if I had pad on right will try again tomorrow but overall I am happy with it. Seems I was doing my floors on hands and knees
I bought this at walmart for an ok price. I used it to clean my tile floor downstaires. It only lated from August 2020 to September 2020. It no longer heats up nor steams. I used it once a week sometimes every 2-weeks. I liked how bright my floors looked after steaming. Friends noticed the brighness too. It just didnt stand the test of time...less than 8-weeks.
Walmart sent me a damaged box mop but they charged me full price.. Nothing was damaged but this should be billed at open box price.
hi I bought this mop a couple of years ago and today, while using the mop some reason the wire near the cable heated up and it melted the wire so now it's basically not usable. This is absurd for only been having the mop for a couple years.
The box was dirty and wasn't even taped well. Nothing was wrapped in plastic. One of the mop heads were on the mop and looked used. Very dissatisfied. I called customer service and all they could do for me is give me was a refund and a pickup. Wasn't given the option of a replacement. Also, the agent hung up on me in mid call.
