I have to say this vacuum sucks the most... Pet hair out of my carpet than any one I have ever used. I have two short hair domestic cats and even following up my old bissel with the shark it gets an amazing amount of pethair and dirt up out of my carpet.
I bought this five months ago, and I couldn't be more pleased. The machine is powerful in, as it picked up short dog hair with ease. My old vacuum left dog hair all over the carpet, and I wasn't even aware of it until I used my Shark machine for the first time. The machine is light and easy to move around. The clear tube has been enlarged and can be emptied easy. I can clean the floor of the car, dust the picture frames with the brush. Overall I couldn't be more please with my purchase.
So far so good. It's asy to empty and you can see if it's full. In 3 days i swept 4 rooms twice and it still wasn't full, but each time it picked up a whole lot more than I did with the other vacuum. You can switch from hard floor to carpet. On the hose that is attached you can flip the latch to release suction if it's to powerful. I like how it swivels so you don't have to completely readjust just to get a different spot. Only down sides I've found is it's not light weight enough for anyone who can't lift well and it's not quiet because of the power it has.
I really like the Shark Pro Navigator! The last one was put to the test with pet hair and we live on a dirt road, so there's a lot of debris to sweep up! And it lasted almost 5 years. Great product.
FOLLOW FOR FOLLOW #f4f I seriously LOVE my shark navigator vacuum. It works great picking up dirt, crumbs, and pet hair. It can be used on bare floor or carpeting. It has several attachments that are great for upholstery cleaning and reaching otherwise hard to get to areas. The only issue I had had is it can fall over when using attachments if you are not careful and pull up too hard. I bought mine in 2013 and it is still going strong! The hepa filter and chamber are easy to empty and clean.
Very good suction, light weight, no bags...Works better than my Dyson! It's actually 4.5 Stars, Tough to do stairs,no place to grab on the tank,to make it easier
Love, love this cleaner. It was very easy to assemble and use. Could not believe how much cat hair was in my carpets. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has pets. I don't think my carpet has ever been this clean. My only negative would be that it is a little hard to do stairs. I used the hose and furniture tool to do them.
Having older carpets in an apartment complex, it's sometimes hard to find a vacuum with the suction to clean carpets well. The Navigator does the trick! I've had it for about two weeks and have noticed a major difference in what this particular vacuum picks up.
This upright is heavy and requires heft to navigate, but it a does a great job of floor and rug cleaning, The suction power is very strong, it is easy to empty, easy to switch between floor and rug. The attached tools are good, but only 2 of 3 are able to be on the vacuum. The hose and wand are great for under-cleaning, the wand is rather short to get to upper level cleaning, pulling/lift on the wand can tip the vacuum. The dirt cup is very large and easy to empty, just a button push. The adjustable suction on the hose is useful. The unit is rather quiet for such a strong motor. The cord is adequate, I added an extension cord so I can reach several rooms without switching outlets. It stores upright with a small footprint. This is a solid, powerful upright that does whole house cleaning, but is not for the weak. I can understand why it is called a 'professional' upright.
Why does picture show long crevice tool (it's actualy 5.5”) and wand extension looks 1/2 the size. Is that not false advertising? I feel duped. Very upset.
