this cleaner truly works. having a special needs son, i need things to work and work the first time.
We have 2 dogs in the house that tend to have accidents. I have used many other carpet shampoo products and this is buy far the best product I have ever used. It takes all the stains out of our white/cream color carpet. Its very impressive on how well it works. T
when i got shark stain striker it came with a small bottle of this cleaner which didnt last long. i got the bigger bottle to replace it. although its not something i use everyday it's good to have when you do need it. it does a great job of cleaning up messes.
Our cloth sofa has a tag that says it cannot be cleaned with anything water based. Well, I used this anyway and it turned out beautifully. Only had trouble with dry erase marker, but did fade the marks some.
The shark stain striker is an added bonus for your rug. I purchased it with the new shark rug cleaner and I loved the extra deep cleaning. I thought the rug was just gray but it wasn't! It was beige, needless to say, I will be buying this product on- going.
I give this 5 stars. I was worried that it wouldn't get up old stains but it did This carpet cleaning solution got the job done for my carpet.

i have had good results with this product. it cleans the carpets well and leaves a fresh clean smell. With 3 dogs in the house i will definitely keep shark carpet cleaners in my home.
The shark Oxy multiplier unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. As someone who uses their carpet cleaner multiple times a week, I really wanted this to work (as it's built into sprayer hose for easy dispensation). When using this on urine, blood, and other high staining liquids… I had to come back with my own mix of hydrogen peroxide etc to actually get the stain or smell out of carpet. To be honest, cleaning with this was similar to using just water. Shark missed the mark on this one…
A big reason why i prefer to buy instore. This was bought online and sent to me open. I don't know if its used already or liquid was changed, It brought to me 3/4 full. It does smell chemical but not that strong. So i am not sure if its still fine. Since someones gonna comeover, I didnt have the chance to return it back and just use it. SO far, I didnt see any difference aside from the fact that it took me longer to dry my carper.
