[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Shark steam mop for about 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it! So much better than using a mop and basket. It came in packaged well and it was easy to unpack everything. The mop was super easy to put together, took a few minutes. No trouble putting the pads on. Started it up and I was ready to go. Love the 3 different cleaning modes. Cleaned up my floors very nicely. It very sleek and modern mop.
I love this floor cleaner. I feel like it propels itself to clean. I love the three settings that I can choose. I use this on my tile floor and it doesn't amazing job. I wish it didn't have a cord but then again, how would it be connected? The cord kind of stops you from going everywhere in your house. I do love this steamer mop.
I bought this for my RV because the floors get very sappy and sticky, and needed something to dissolve it. I bought this and it work's AWESOME!! I add white vinegar to the water and it disinfects and makes the floors barefoot clean!
Hands down best steam mop ever. It doesn't use any chemicals, just distilled water. And the rotating scrub pads work so well I don't have to get in my hands and knees and scrub the floor. 10/10!
As an owner of a cleaning company, the shark steam mop is my favorite steam mop for tiles and hard floors! The light on this model and three settings makes it the best out of the different shark models! I keep coming back to this one as our go to hard floor cleaner!
This steam mop is amazing! I've used it one time to try it out and I am impressed. It's definitely worth the money I paid (which is cheaper than a lot of other sharks I've seen) I highly recommend this steam mop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Shark® Steam & Scrub All-in-One Scrubbing and Sanitizing Hard Floor Steam Mop and found that there was an abundance of features I love about this product. First off, it was extremely easy to put together right out of the box and the cord is really long so that I don't have to constantly unplug it. The water reservoir is simple to fill and the unit is ready to steam in less than a minute. There are 3 cleaning modes that allow you to customize your clean depending on the type of floor and level of cleaning you require. I love the cleaning pads which easily attach/detach and are machine washable which means I no longer have to run to the store to purchase disposable cleaning pads. Although the pads allow the product to glide across the floor with minimal effort, I found that the rotation of the pads did not pick up those really tough to clean stains that I was hoping they would. Another thing that I found disappointing was that in order to empty the water reservoir you must pick up the entire unit to empty it into the sink or tub. It would be much better to have a detachable reservoir to make for simple emptying. The steam mop worked fairly well on my tile floors and performed exceptionally on my hardwood surfaces. With all that being said, I would definitely recommend this light weight and convenient product and hope future models can fix those minute issues.
For me it left dirty residue behind as I was cleaning floors. But the water did last long. Make sure you know it's distilled water.
