[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this in part of influester for my honest review. The vacuum is so easy to set up. My 8 year old helped me put this together that's how easy it was. It is very light weight, the suction is amazing. I am loving it for my hard wood floors. It picked up everything dust hair food. Battery life is fantastic probably can get through the whole week on a charge. What I didn't like as much were the attachments the brush attachment was not as powerful as I thought it would be. It was not an easy use. I may need to get used to it. Definitely love this for everyday use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Shark in our family we already have a shark vacuum. This one is great, no exception, and it has been adopted very fast. Easy to use, the suction is powerful, works great on carpet, very convenient to go in and vacuum in the corners and clean the baseboard with the two attachments it comes with. The dust bin is easy to remove and empty. The cordless factor is so convenient... it charges really fast however I still wish that the battery did last longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little vacuum packs a punch! I was pleasantly surprised when I used the Shark Vertex, which has amazing suction for a cordless stick vacuum. The boost mode is great for when you need that little bit of extra power, like in a full-size vacuum. It also transforms into an easy to use handheld vacuum as well. The DuoClean powerfins are a great added function to get all those little bits that are sometimes missed with a traditional roller. There is also a soft roller in the front to get all those hard to pick up micro pieces of dirt and dust! In the beginning, I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a mounting piece for storage until I realized that it folded up for convenient storage! One of my favorite features is the flex wand that flexes down to get under the bed and other hard to reach places and flexes over for easy storage. Overall, it was a great vacuum for a great price.

The long wand let me get under my furniture easily and after I was finished I still had room in the dust bin!

I love the fact that you can bend the handle to get in those tough spots that you would miss with a normal vacuum. Not to mention that it's freaking CORDLESS.

I frequently buy Shark vacuum products and I'm very pleased with the quiet noise level and suction power of this vacuum. I have chronic illness and this vacuum makes it so much easier to clean. It isn't heavy and has a substantial capacity overall, I'm very happy and satisfied with this product. 
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my small home I have 4 large area rugs and wood floors. 2 short haired beagles and a short haired cat. My vacuuming is mainly to keep up with pet hair. Assembly of the vacuum was very easy; I just attached the pole to the bottom brush part and then I attached the canister part to the top. No tools were needed. I charged the rechargeable battery fully before using the vacuum. I loved having no cord. The vacuum can move close on turns and bends and can go under the beds and stands, it maneuvers on a dime. This is what I like the best about the vacuum. The weight of the vacuum is lighter than the full-sized vacuums. The weight is at the top of the vacuum, and you can't just stop and lean it against something, or it will fall. There are 2 attachments but what I found odd was there is no clip on the pole to attach them and no place to attach the power cord either. Everything must be kept separate. There are 3 settings: carpet, hard floor, and turbo. When I ran it on the carpet setting the beater bar ran quickly and it was able to pick up more hair. When I tried the hard floor setting it didn't pick up all the hair. Under turbo it did very good. But I noticed if you try to run under turbo for just a few minutes the battery drains quickly, and it just turned off and I had to recharge it. By the time I finished the 2nd room, 1 area rug, the vacuum turned off. The canister capacity is low. I went to dump the canister but there wasn't much in it but there was hair trying to come into the canister. The pole was clogged, fortunately I noticed the canister portion comes off with a switch and dug the hair from the pole with my fingers. I continued to vacuum and noticed some cat litter on the floor, on the hard wood setting it didn't pick it up, under carpet setting it did a good job and on turbo mode. I do like how the vacuum folds; it makes it easy to store and takes up very little room. This vacuum has some very nice features, light weight, cordless, maneuvers great and easy to operate and the lights in front are great, and it folds, but the hair clogging and battery drainage issue need corrected and adding a clip for attachments would be nice.

I do think the overall suction is really good, but the heaviness really is a draw for me. I like that the battery like is about 60 mins. Overall, I probably would not purchase this product, but I think it does a good job.
