[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Genius design for many reasons.... first let me say that I already own a Shark vacuum and I adore it! It's was my favorite buy, until I came across the Shark Cordless WandVac. Here's a few quick reason why I feel this way. 1. HAIR! I have 3 pets and 3 people who all shed at an amazing rate. I find myself cutting the hair and random strings out of the bristles. This WandVac is SELF CLEANING! No more hair. The design of silicon bristles is genius! 2.LIGHT WEIGHT. This is the perfect gift for anyone who struggles with the weight of a corded vacuum. I recently had a major surgery that limited my strength. With all the hair in my house I knew that I would, at some point, break doctors orders and vacuum myself. My loving family is always here to pitch in, but let's get real... only mom can vacuum the best :) This was so easy to use. Being after a surgery or an elder person looking for easy use to keep that independence alive. This is a perfect fit!! 3.Efficient! There are some other brand name vacuums out there that are incredibly expensive, but generally very good too. I knew I didn't want to spend that amount of money. I loved my Shark corded vacuum so I opted for the Shark WandVac. The performance is superior to the other brand cordless vacs. I have used both now and I can say that the Shark vacuum is way better at Battery Life and Suction! 4. Rechargeable and replaceable battery! The battery is long lasting. Days and hours without a full charge. I also love that you replace the battery pack if you need to, instead of wasting the whole vacuum to buy a new one. It took about 3 hours to charge and it stayed powerful for days. 5. Footprint This has a perfectly small footprint. You can easily stash it behind the couch or in a corner and no one will see it. I love having this so handy when the kids and pets leave crumbs everywhere. 6. Only Flaw. The only thing I found was that when it's time to dump the dust trap, it is a quick release ! So make sure you're over the garbage when it's time to empty. But even the quick release is great because it's so easy to open and close. I love this vacuum! It's worth every penny!

I vacuum almost on a daily basis because of pets and pet hair that sheds. This works for both hardwood floors and carpet which is great. It has strong suction for its sleek size and is slightly heavy when picking up the whole piece, it's not hard to push though. It picks up debris and cleans up dirt nicely. It is really well made and good quality. The dirt chamber is small and needs changed often if you're doing multiple rooms. Another great feature I like is the small metal filter is easy to clean. It is easy to place on the charging dock station and charges quickly. The handheld piece is easy to detach from the main body of the vacuum and is much lighter weight. I use the attachment it comes with to vacuum furniture. This vacuum isn't very loud either which my family and pets appreciate. It's heavy duty and does a great job picking up messes on multiple surfaces and doesn't take up a lot of space. I would recommend it.

I like that there is no coed to deal with. It is great for quick clean up of life's little messes . It has good suction and easily goes from carpet to hard surface with no problem. The top part easily comes apart for use as a hand held vacuum which will be nice for the stairs. The dirt collector is small but so easy to empty just push the button and it pops open no need to touch the mess.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Wandvac System is a game changer. The cordless 3 in 1 wandvac system has made cleaning my house so much easier and very convenient. I love that I can use this as a regular vacuum, Above Floor Handheld or Above Floor with wand. This is very easy to access with the charging dock. You can charge side by side, upright or charge the handheld vacuum. Only part that really bothers me is the charge doesnt last long maybe 15-20 minutes. This vacuum is not made for big messes. You can use this vacuum to clean up small dust or clean your car with it. But I wouldnt recommend it for cleaning up food on the floor because it doesn't have alot of space in the dust cup. I do love this vacuum and I would recommend because it works great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Wandvac is a "MUST HAVE"!!! This unit is very light weight, but does an AMAZING job. I've used it on my ceramic tile floor, as well as, a low nap area rug. It picked up stuff I couldn't even see. Just after about five minutes of use, I had quite a bit of stuff in the filter department. I couldn't believe what an awesome job this little unit did. I'm absolutely in love with it. Personally, I wouldn't recommend using this on carpet - unless it was a low nap. It does not have a height adjustment on it to go from low nap (area rug, ceramic tile, etc) to thicker higher nap carpet. But, otherwise, this unit is awesome. It does require a little assembly, but nothing major. It has a charging stand that holds all but one of the pieces - the brush. Not sure why there isn't some type of a connection in order to keep the brush connected to the other part of the unit, but I'm sure my husband can come up with something so we can keep it all together.

It comes with its own docking station for quick, easy charging. The whole system fits into a small space near a wall plug, so not in anyone's way. The additional brush attachments & that you can use it as a hand vac makes it so versatile. Love that it has no cord to get tangled & you can go from room to room with no problem. It charges quickly & the indicator gives ample warning that it is running low. Easy to empty the dust cap & ready to go again. Just love it!!
I bought Ultra light weight powerful cordless. It's compact & lightweight I like it. I live in 1BR, to finish vacuuming I have to charge again and over heated. Hope next one fixed those problems. Everything else is great!
I give it 3 stars because I would have liked the battery to take longer, on it lasts about 15 minutes, you can't clean everything you want.
Bristle attachment clocks with dog hair. Battery doesn't last long. No extra space on docking station to hold attachment… really bad design. “Turbo boost” option is a bad design. Handle is awkward and hurts wrist. I was really excited to buy my first Shark but now wishing I would have purchased something else.
I recently bought this item and a few weeks after owning it I was breaking down the box it came in to recycle. When I flipped it over there was a hidden proposition 65 warning (stating the product contains materials that can cause cancer and reproductive harm) on the bottom of the box! I can't believe if I hadn't flipped it over I wouldn't have seen this, complete negligence on the part of the company. The reason that warning is required by law in California is that consumers have a right to know when they are bringing hazardous materials into their homes. For the warning to be completely out of sight on the box and not even listed in the product description on the website is unacceptable. As a cancer patient, I am enraged and will be doing everything I can do to return this product.
