This is the second cordless handheld vacuum I have bought. It replaced the one I used to pick up dog hair which was at times excessive, wore this one out. The new one does an excellent job of picking up dirt, small leaves which have blown onto my patio, and dust. Have always had good luck with Shark products.
I have a house out in the country with bug problems and my new Shark WANDVAC is perfect for dealing with it. I can quickly pick them up with its powerful suction and I love that it is small making me able to get into tight areas. I have sensitive wrists/hands and so it being light weight and ergonomical is an important feature to me.
This little guy is perfect for my kitchen. Small, easy to handle and gobbles up that spilled sugar, crumbs and unlucky little critters that happen to get smacked with a newspaper. I am impressed with just what great suction it has. The bin is small, but you are not using this to vaccum your living room. Easy to empty and a pleasure to use. Highly recommend this little fella.
I've had the WandVac for a few months, and love it. Cleans smaller messes quickly and easily without getting out the Shark vacuum. I do often open the dirt cup when I am trying to hit the power button. . Don't know exactly why, but it happens often enough for me to caution other people about it.
I have owned my WANDVAC for several months now and it's absolutely amazing. It's in constant use for all the details around the house like cleaning blinds or vacuuming drawers. I'm addition it comes in handy for quick little messes like spilled bread crumbs. It's slender design is not only stylish but also takes up very little space and he base also stores your attachments so they are always handy. Emptying it is also super simple. It's power an battery life are perfect. Thanks Shark for another great product.
I purchased the shark wand back for cleaning my suv. Florida has an abundance of sand and no matter how hard I try I constantly get sand in my car. I have always had great luck with shark so decided to try the wand vac. I knew it would easily pick up sand on the vinyl flooring of my motorhome. The suction was perfect for getting grass etc off my rugs. I don't think it would work because even my full-size vacuum won't suck it up. My car-omg it was so easy to get all the sand up!! It gets into all those crevices so easily. It is lightweight (1.4 lbs). It is perfect for vacuuming the floors of tents. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I wish it capable of charging with usb. But the battery does last! I would not use this to vacuum a whole house but that isn't the purpose of the wand vac. There is a small holding canister for what is vacummed up but more than adequate for the size of the wand. It does come with 2 tools and a charging dock.
Followed initial instructions for charging. First time use it ran for about 12 minutes to remove pet hair from couch before shutting off. Cleaned out vacuum, charged it. Next time I used it it ran for a minute then ran out of juice. Turns out that whatever you're vacuuming can't have any fine particles such as dust (which of course gets picked up while getting the pet hair. In short, there isn't much you can clean before the filter gets clogged and the unit stops working. Additionally the air blows out the side of the vacuum, and it's hard to manouver so that you don't get it in the face.
This was the worst purchase I've ever made. The product was obviously heavily used and returned and was then just resent to me as a new product. I contacted Walmart and they offered to refund the heavily discounted price I got the product for and wanted me to reorder at full price. The worst part was how I was shipped someone else's dirt. So disgusting. Based on the fact that the delivery was 2 weeks late, the product was used and broken and the extremely poor customer experience I will no longer order from Walmart online. If I need to purchase something from Walmart online I'll get it from Amazon instead.
There was dirt and glitter in the box, grass or hair in the filter tried to take it back to the store but they wouldn't exchange it for the same product which was was also not the one I ordered. I Ordered the WV201 and received the WV200. Since i got a good deal on it I just kept the one that was sent to me, seem to work good.
I thought I was purchasing a brand new product. It had been refurbished and I returned it immediately. The serial number had been covered with a black marker and a new number attached with a sticker. Plus the base was missing a part so the attachments could not be kept with the vacuum. The box it came in had black tape purposely placed over a photo of where those attachments would normally be placed and black tape over other important information. So, someone deliberately tried to pull a fast one. Will never order from Walmart online again. First time and last. Got a new product from Amazon, perfect, and it works great. Don't buy from Walmart.
