That not hard to learn to press the buttons on Scientific Calculator for writing input formula on display and find the answer. I use that item for study electronics maths from my electronics maths text books. I learn to use Sharp Scientific Calculator from my electronics maths instructor at college long time ago and had to purchased that new item for replace my old Sharp calculator model for better improvement upgrade Sharp calculator model.
Excellent multi line display to help in almost any math situation. very nice layout and quick adapting to use it.
Calculator is functional for statistics, the display is easy to see however, it seems to require extra steps to achieve the answers oppose to other models or brand of statistic calculator. The print is small and hard to read against black keyboard since writing is in green and orange.
Easy to use, once you get use to it.
I did not feel comfortable with this Sharp's oversize, display clarity, keypad or the layout. I have an older TI-30XIIS that I have used for two years and I thought that this Sharp ELW535XBSL would be a good replacement. The TI has a very dim display and the Sharp is not much better. eventually I bought a HP 300s and HP just introduced the HP 300s+ for $16. Casio offers a similar calculator but i went with the hp .
