I love this travel alarm clock. I have been using this model for years. When I finally had to replace it, I could only find it at WalMart.
I don't use this as an alarm. I have it in my kitchen window. I bought it because it tells the time, day of the week, month, etc.
My several years old one like this finally died, and it was hard to find another one. My favorite features are the small slim size, but not delicate(great for backpacking) and ambient temperature (great for backpacking). I like the alarm being rather quiet, although some people do not. The only thing I don't like is that the snooze is only 4 minutes.
This is my second Sharp travel alarm. The first one developed issues with display after 3 years of use. For the price, it is ok with me - nothing lasts forever. This is a compact, well designed alarm clock. Easy to set up, update, and change. The progressively louder alarm is loud enough, but not annoying.
This travel clock has everything a travel clock should have, except one thing, THE ALARM IS NOT LOUD ENOUGH. It is compact, easy to read, all the controls are on the front, very easy to set the time, alarm, etc. It displays the time, date, day, temperature, alarm time, and whether the alarm is on or not. BUT, the alarm is so soft, I can't hear it! When I tried to contact the manufacturer to see if it is adjustable, they want $38 to answer your question. Sort of stupid for a $11.44 clock! If you have very excellent hearing and are a very light sleeper, you will love it. IT NEEDS A LOUDER ALARM!!
Very attractive and handy, the alarm sound could be louder but overall I am really enjoying this product:)
Had two clocks. Good looking little clocks but after two years, the display began to fail. The digits breaking up & unreadable. Have to ditch it in the trash. Also the battery cover was not secured enough, frequently popped out when clocks fell on the floor.
Bought this the night before a trip to replace another brand that had worked for many years. Pulled the safety strip out from under the battery, fumbled to get the case to reclose (it finally did), it beeped twice and died. Back to the store with this super cheap product.
