We bought this alarm because it was quiet and the light of the clock is only shown at night when you press the top of the clock. We also liked the sound of the alarm, which did better than the alarm we had. For the price, it was exactly what we wanted and more. So far, it has worked fine.
The sound was no different then just listening through your phone.
Used the speaker a few hours one night and wasted batteries in one night. The alarm/speaker was cheap and still not worth the price or the price of the batteries. Don't waste your money.
The alarm doesn't always go off and the speaker was already blown. Upset that I wasted my money....
Brand new batteries installed, alarm NEVER went off/sounded. The speaker was defected. Or the auxiliary cord had a shortage. The LED light was only lit when you touch the light/snooze button. RETURNING! Waste of money.
