This heated neck wrap is just wonderful for helping alleviate the pain and stiffness caused by arthritis in my neck. It really makes a difference! So glad I bought it.
This neck wrap heat and massager is good not great. For 30 bucks it works as I would expect it to. Gives a good little massage and I understand it can't get super hot because people forget to turn these things off and that can lead to bad outcomes. I am pleased with this product.
I thought that this being a Sharper Image product it would work alot better. It doesn't do a very good job in my opinion, it warms nicely but the massaging isn't what I was hoping for.
I bought to give to my wusband for Christmas, I was getting ready to wrap it, then decided to make sure it works. I took it out and plugged it in and it did nothing.
Can't control or turn off the vibration.
This doesn't do what it says it will! Can't get sellers to respond back to me for A refund! Want my money back. I would like to give it A zero!
sold an returned , defective item. the box I recived was taped shut. I tried the neck warmer/ massage on. It had no heat, and would shut off if tried a different setting. It was brought as an christmas gift in an October sale .And it round up being too late too retuned.
