[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Heated Neck + Shoulder Wrap by The Sharper Image! It has a wonderful lavender scent and it calms and soothes my achy muscles and neck after a long day of work. It has something that feels like sand inside of it, and it works by being placed inside of the microwave or freezer. Once it heats out cools to the desired temperature, you drape it over your shoulders and neck to let it go to work relaxing and soothing you. And when you're done using it, you can put it back inside of the included storage bag. Trust me when I say you will not be able to live without this in your life!
Really loved this product. I love that it can be used both cold and hot. I bought a second one as a gift.
Love it! Very relaxung and soothing. I found you have to heat evenly by flipping every 30 secs. Heating on each for a minute or just one side for 2 mins. maybe whats causing other people issues with burning or exploding.
Neck and shoulder wrap hits the right spots but it doesn't hot up well. There are hot spots that burns thru the material. You can only warm it up in increments of 30 seconds with a microwave The weight is great for a tense neck.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is super good to use after about 10 hours of driving around. The instruction on how to heat it in the microwave is easy to follow. Very relaxing and comfortable. With the cold weather, the heated wrap is perfect and the scent of lavender is very soothing and relaxing. Best for daily use or to give as a gift.
great weight however does not get very warm at the setting they recommend. (add a minute or so) also doesnt hold the heat long.
Works great. However the smell is too strong especially when heated. So unfortunately for me I can not use it.
The lavender smell is overwhelming. It might fade over time. But the actual neck portion does not heat up enough to give relief from the pain.
Broke the 2ne time i used. Blew up incthe microwave and melted the plate it was on. Only warmed it for 1min 20sec.
I have used this 2 times. The first two times I heated it up for 1 minute, 20 seconds it worked fine. (on separate days). I used it an hour ago, let it cool for 45 minutes then tried to reheat it again for 1 minute 20 seconds (tag says max 2 minute heat time). It burnt inside my microwave. I laid it out flat just as description says to do. It burnt 4 holes in it and burnt all the beads inside it. What a mess to clean up! My house now smells like burnt lavender and my migraine is 10x worse. Won't be rebuying this product.
