All of the other reviews I have found are wrong. My only advice is to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! It will burst otherwise. Put it on a microwave safe plate, and microwave on 50% for 30 second intervals, no longer than 2 minutes. It CANNOT touch the walls or any dried food in the microwave. I get the feeling that the 1 star reviews simply didn't read the instructions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since receiving this product, we have used it almost daily! The flu hit our home and my husband couldn't stay warm. I popped this wrap in the microwave and gave it to him. It kept him warm!! I've used it for sinus pressure both hot and cold. I love that it can be used for both. 2 minutes in the microwave for hot compress and a couple hours in the freezer for cold compress and this thing is heaven. The lighter side is hotter/colder where the darker side is less. My only complaint is the length. Selfishly, I wish it were longer haha…but it is long enough to wrap around my head and Velcro like a headband, so I'm thankful for that as it helps tremendously when I have a migraine and when my sinus pressure is too much. I am looking into purchasing another so we can have one on standby in the freezer at all times!
I tried both the hot and cold function. I followed the directions and did not have any issues with heating the wrap. I prefer the cold function though. It's like a weighted wrap, I think that helps after the initial heat or cold is gone. I am thinking about getting another one for back up.
I love this thing! I was struggling with ice packs, heating pads, and rice bags during my back injury until I order this. I love it so much I got one for my mom and I will be getting a second just for heat so I can use my other one in the freezer only and don't have to wait for them to get to room temp. 10/10 comfy and did exactly what I needed it to do!! Read the instructions before use and you'll be good

It only takes 30 seconds in the microwave to heat it, or 1-3 hours in the freezer to chill it. I like that it's weighted, and that you can use it as a wrap, and secure it with the velcro fasteners
Doesn't look like what's pictured. After removing it from the freezer apply to my neck and back it's not cold at all. I'm disappointed because I purchased this item based on false reviews. I experienced nothing positive with this purchase, it's too expensive and doesn't work as described. I'd love to return this item.
Does not stay cold for more than 5 minutes after freezing overnight. It never really gets cold, just feels cool. It will stay hot for about 2 mins then warm for about another 2-3 minutes and then you have to heat it up again. Definitely would not recommend for use and especially for the price. I purchase a cold/hot equate brand pack at the same time just in case and it did the job for half the price and stayed cold and hot more than 20 minutes. This is a no go!
