So far this window fan provides plenty of breeze to cool down a work studio. I like the slim appearance as it doesn't distract from the outdoor view. I would have preferred the white version but couldn't justify the price difference!
We bought this window fan like 2 months ago. It took me about 10 min to set it all up. We have left it on all the time since we received it. The fan is very short, like 6 inch tall, and is surprisingly powerful. Hopefully it will last long
love this fan. There is a newer, sleeker model. But, I like this one. The extenders don't work. My son mounted the fan in plywood, and secured it in a window with screws and alarm. I use it to exhaust hot summer air from my west facing kitchen.
Let's in a very small amount of light compared to my old 2 blade window fan. It's definitely not as powerful but the compact size and ability to sleep with it make it worthwhile.
Low silhouette, quite, works as both an exhaust and fresh air intake.
I like how quiet it is and it seems to really move the air. The fill-in foam pieces aren't very efficient and are awkward to use. For the price, I think that part could have been better.
Pretty much what I expected. Nice blow and quiet. I am not giving it 5 stars because there is no lever to adjust the angle of the air flow. You can not aim it; it only comes at you straight on.
The fan fits nicely into the window and the enclosed blocks help seal it. It is much weaker than I anticipated in that it doesn't move much air. Have only used it on the maximum setting and it is still wimpy.
The window attachments don't fit the fan. Can't make air-tight seal with the window.
