It was really hard to find a large umbrella that's collapsible. After receiving some "golf" umbrellas a couple years ago, we're totally spoiled and like having one big enough for two. This one was a good choice for us and I think we'll be very happy with it.
It's too bad we can't buy this item at the store. Its sturdy construction and double canopy make it ideal for my city walks. It's compact design makes it easy to carry. This was exactly what I hoped to find, and I am delighted to recommend it!
IT WAS A LOT BIGGER THAN I THOUGHT. I DID NOT GET THE COVER FOR IT. BUT, ALL IN ALL I REALLY DO LIKE IT. KEEPS ME REAL DRY.

Great idea: a compact, automatic umbrella, only larger than the normal tiny ones. While not nearly as big or sturdy as a "real" golf umbrella, it's a fantastic compromise/hybrid. The automatic-opening mechanism requires a little "help" to open, but that's natural given the extra material it needs to deal with. And the variety of colors is a nice bonus; the black/gray looks very nice. Overall a good value.
