A great replacement. Seems to be an improved design!
I purchased the 10 by 20 cover canopy sometime ago and it is still working like a champ. The California winter has been especially rough this year and the canopy is holding strong. No complaints.
I needed a replacement cover for a portable garage I purchased 10 years ago. This is the second replacement cover I've purchased. The first one only lasted 2 seasons. (From another Company) I saw that the majority of vendors at the Brimfield Fair were using these exact tops and thought they most likely have more knowledge than I. This one seems heavier, as far as ,the material goes. I like the way the cover lays on the frame, and where the grommets have been placed. I did need to use 2 Six inch bungees for every grommet hole... as to not pull too hard on the cover.
When I ordered the replacement top I was't sure I would like it, But, it turned out great, took the old one down and the new one up in about 3 hours by myself, not bad for a 66 year old guy, [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I highly recommend this Canopy cover. I use it and the frame as a car port for my Van. I have had it for 25 years now (the frame, not the Canopy). The sun will break down the Canopy in time, but it is long lasting. Remember to take it down when winds reach sustained 30mph or more and it should last many years for you as well. Enjoy.
Bought the complete shelter in July of 2016 and it has worked well. I needed to replace the top cover and I ordered it online. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. My only drawback was I ordered the wrong 10X20 cover, my fault. I didn't check the number on the actual existing cover, I just went online and ordered what I thought was the only 10X20 cover. Unfortunately I ordered the 10X20 cover with the 2" frame and should have ordered the 10X20 for the 1-3/8 frame.
Bought it to replace the canopy on the shelter we purchased from Costco a number of years ago. Although the reviews said it would fit this shelter, it did not fit exactly, and was not the same as the original. The holes for securing it on the sides were further away from the side rails. We had extra bungees and were able to link 2 together to make them reach the distance required.
Weather finally allowed me to install the ShelterLogic replacement top to my Costco canopy frame. It fit, albeit a bit short on the sides, given I suppose that the Costco frame has a slightly steeper pitch than the top is designed for. But 8" bungee cords (not supplied, I am disappointed to say) stretched to the max manage to grip the top to the frame. The front and back are attached via a draw string that assumes a ShelterLogic frame. I had to drill holes in my four corner posts to be able to attach the draw string, and had to feed it through the velcro fastened sides ... not the best thing to do. So it is in place. I'm going to be watching closely to see if the very, very light material holds up. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Worked great for the first year but on 2nd year half of the top showed premature wear. the picture is sideways shot of the top (roof). It is made with 2 panels. The one panel (top in the picture) you can see daylight pin holes though the whole thing and is no longer water proof. The bottom panel is still coated and very much water proof. The roof was subjected to the same weather conditions so that is not a factor here. I need to replace it again but now considering moving on to another product.
Only reason the canopy cover is three stars is that I have a much older frame that is higher at the peak; so, the top worked but had to be modified as it didn't wrap over the sides. So suggestion have measurement from ground to peak to double check will work.
