I am so pleased with this product. It was so easy to put together also. Took me about 20 minutes and I was able to do it myself. I am 33 wks pregnant and I'm so glad I found a product to meet all of my needs. The reclining feature is wonderful! For the price and the quality I do not think you could get a better deal. I would recommend this glider to any expecting mother.
I absolutely love this product. My husband assembled it without much difficulty. We bought this when the price listed was only $170. So, I think we got a very good deal considering the price that I see today i.e $220. One other very good feature about this chair is that it is very spacious and the back rest is quite high. My husband who is 6.2" too can very comfortably sit in this. I would recommend this to anybody.
I (7 1/2 months pregnant) put this rocker together in about an hour and a half (had a lot of distractions) over all it was really easy to put together. I have used it for about 2 weeks and now have noticed a little squeek but something my husband cant fix. The color says its sage but it is more of a khaki or a tan, whichs is nice cause it goes with anything. Cant wait for my little bundle of joy to come so we can use it with him
I absolutely love this glider. My son is only two weeks old but already we have spent many hours in this chair. The fact that it reclines and still allows you to rock is fantastic! I know people have mentioned that the glider was too narrow but I find that it has plenty of room. I can comfortably get my boppy around my waist while nursing and I'm an average sized person. The one thing that I was disappointed in was the shipping. I paid for shipping to my house and the first glider arrived broken. I took it back to the store and had another one sent. It arrived while I was in the hospital and was not broken but there was some damage to the inside of the front legs of the glider. I considered returning this one and ordering again but decided that it was too much of a hassle. It's not noticeable unless you are looking under the glider so I kept it. I'm not sure if shipping it to the store would have yielded a non-damaged glider.
I love this glider. It took my husband maybe 30 minutes to put together. The cushions are very comfortable (this is coming from someone who has slept in the glider the past two nights) and the chair is a very smooth ride. I was concerned the back might not be tall enough, but I am 5'9" and it comes above my head. The seat is wide enough to use with a boppy. The three reclining positions are fantastic. Overall this glider seems extremely well made and is an incredible bargain for the price.
I love my new glider/recliner. My husband put it together in about 20mins and had no problems at all. In looking for a glider me and my hubby looked at quite a few places and even went to BabiesRus to try them out and couldn't find anything in our price range that fit our needs. We were looking for a chair with mico suede/plush material in a neutral color with a nice comfortable cussion that came with an ottoman is wide enough for me and the baby ( am 5'8" and 198lbs before the baby) and had a tall enough back for my hubby to sit and feed the baby if needed (he is 6'3"), oh yeah and is 300 or less. This chair has been perfect for us. It fits us both and was in our price range. I will say that it is a Tan/Khaki color NOT green. Which was perfect for me because I did not want it to be green in the first place. When I read the other reviews I was happy to hear it was Khaki not green and when it came they were right. Someone mentioned the arms are not sturdy. I don't agree, they have been very sturdy for me just be sure to put them together tightly and correctly. It is a different recline function than most it does not have a handle like the others at the store. To recline you pull up on the arms and move it forward or back whichever you prefer and then put them down to lock them into place, so you have to sit up to change positions which I have had no problems with. Once you get use to it its no big deal So basically if you assemble it tightly and correctly you should have no problems and love your new glider. Oh and shipping was awesome! I received my glider 2 days after I ordered it!!!
The big plus to this rocker is that is reclines. I'm due any day now and being able to recline back and rock feels great. The center position is my favorite, while the upright is great for reading and the full recline is great when you are exhausted. The very soft fabric is more khaki than sage. The rocking motion is not perfectly smooth when in full recline, but it continues to get more smooth as I break it in. All in all a great and comfortable chair for a great price.
I bought this as I am due with my third son in a few weeks and wanted a glider for nursing. I chose this one since it reclines.. had good reviews.. and I didn't have nearly $700 to spend on the Dutailer one I really wanted! Was very easy to assemble and so far seems very comfy. Would have been nice to have a head rest.. but thats ok! The color is a bit more green/sage than I thought, and doesn't exactly match our L.R furniture (camel colored) all that well, but for the money, it seems like a great chair!
We purchased this chair to stay within our budget; it was cheaper than others we saw at other stores. It wasn't terribly difficult to assemble (only had one do over). It was cheaper than the other gliders we saw and it feels cheaper, too. The 3 position adjustment for the back is low quality - sometimes when you sit in the chair, the back goes back a position even though you don't pull up on the arms. It is only comfortable in the middle position, so I'm not sure why they made it adjustable. There were warnings all over it to keep small children away because the chair can tip over easily - so even though I bought it for a nursery, I'll probably have to get rid of it when my baby gets older to avoid a hazard.
Do not buy. Cheap, design & material. Very uncomfotable. Changing positions, cheap adjusments. The only semi comfortable position was reclining. I do not know if anyone's body type would even fit in this glider. Very dispointed because for the price, I thought I was getting a good recliner for lesser money. No
