I used this alarm with my 6-year-old son and in 10 days he was staying dry every night. It's been one month and he's still had no accidents. Before using the alarm, he was waking up every morning with a wet sheet. Now he's so proud of himself and has the confidence to spend the night at a friend's house. I would call it a miracle for me and my son. Thank you.
Amazing little device. It stopped bedwetting in my 8 year old boy who has NEVER had a dry night in 6 weeks. The first 3 weeks were painful as I had to wake him up and he just wouldn't get up on his own till one night, out of the blue, he woke up by himself and has never looked back since. The system works well, very well, simple to operate and compact. It's loud and you cant really miss it. The sensor however should be dried before use. I figured out that shaking it in my hand helps. I highly recommend this Shield Alarm.

I never write reviews, but I had to for this product. His alarm worked very quickly. My son is 8-year-old and has never been able to make it through the night without having an bedwetting accident. Two weeks after using this alarm and he hasn't had one in weeks! The product is a miracle for us and our family!
Great product. 100% helped my child I also wanted to share my very positive customer service experience. Bought this alarm for my special child. I just wanted to make sure I was connecting it correctly for good result. Customer service was extremely helpful also gave me some very helpful tips that should improve my son's bed wetting. This was beyond my expectations! I would definitely recommend this product!! They don't just want to sell products, they want to see parents succeed.
My son used to wet the bed, we tried some home remedies but they were ineffective. A friend recommended that I try the Shield series of bedwetting alarms. Since my son is a deep sleeper I choose the Shield Max as I could change the tones of this alarm each night. Shield looks very cute and has a great color. I used the Chummie bed pad in conjunction with this alarm to protect my bed from urine and I'd recommend using the alarm each night to achieve faster results. With the Shield Max my 7 year old stopped bedwetting in just about a few weeks. I'd definitely recommend this alarm.
For $50 we were hoping for a higher quality product. The unit itself is nice. The design is good. It is simple to use and compact compared to other competitive options. The major issue is that the unit frequently goes off when on dry clothing. It is too sensitive and basically sets off false alarms This is highly detrimental to the purpose of the alarm since it is alerting the users brain that they are wet, when in fact they are not. I will be returning the unit for a different option.
The wire comes unplugged easily with the slightest movement resulting in constant accidents; not worth the money.
