Love that they have a boom mic with a mute button; people have noted the sound improvement over the simpler model I had. Great for calls, zoom calls, podcasts. Have not tried with music yet. So comfy I forget I am wearing them. My ears get some with ear buds, and hot with cup-style headsets, so these are PERFECT. I am prone to headaches and worried about the bone conduction as an issue, but this is my second set of shikz and it is NOT a problem! My son, who is on calls all day for work, tried them... and ordered his own immediately, despite the fairly high cost.
I've wore large headphones for ever while working, switching to these took those heavy things off my head. It's so nice to have a light weight headset. Also the noise canceling mic is great to take out background noise while on the phone. I do wish they were not one size fits all. sometimes the tight fit bothers me.

I purchased this for my husband and he loved it. He is very picky with headphones and very particular with the ear buds/over the ear phones. He says it sounds great and phone calls have good quality.
Based on having one before and getting this new out out of the box. Love the new features and excited to use it more! Easy to use between my phone and computer and having that adapter is awesome! Use the mic for work all the time and excited to use the new one more. Also love the mute button and will use it often!

Great for listening when you need still need to hear around you. Sound is good and the microphone is good at filtering out background noise. Would like to see more control buttons other than volume up/down, and the fit would be better if the band behind the head was adjustable.
The hype didn't match the experience. I mean they're just average and inconsistent. Position really matters if you want a full rich sound. The fit is a bit rough. It slides around on your head and the place where thenspeakers connect with your flesh get sorenafter prolonged use.
This product needs to be a bit more transparent, on what exactly it works with I have a Chromebook and it is not very compatible with Linux. This product truly only works with Windows, unfortunately the dongle also has its own set of problems as turning it on and the headset at the same time puts multiple computers that have tested and to reset mode, but when you finally get it to work the sound quality is great which leads me to my second problem just using straight Bluetooth it cuts in and out and it's very garbage.
