this product is great for small fishig boats.keeps battery secure with tie downs.the 12 volt plug is great for ipod,phone,spot light,ect...excellent product!!!
I bought this so I could take it to the beach and power a fan, charge our phones, etc. I am kind of a wirenut anyway so this was right up my alley. I also use it on my golf cart to power fans, a rotating visibility light, and etc., temporarily before I purchase a 48v - 12v converter. Here's an added bonus: It WILL fit a larger group 65 battery; it's snug but it fits. I suspect the plastic and the strap aren't really rated for a heavier 65 battery but I did it and it works wonderfully. Note: The pictures below show it containing a smaller battery, which recently failed. I put a new 65 battery in it yesterday.
Great buy found this to be cheeper then other sites. This was bought for my RV I got this because I have a battery box lock. And this works well for how I use it.

works great,but digital meter stopped working after 2 weeks old,very little use. be nice to know the voltage.....1 of the reasons i bought this box instead of building my own.
