I am a new vegan and every so often I try out different vegan substitutes and this time it was yogurts and wow I was surprised by this one. Before having tried this yogurt I had the So Delicious coconut milk yogurt and it was fairly okay, it was too runny and it need to be eaten with granola, fruits, and cinnamon to add flavor but this yogurt is by far the closets to dairy yogurt!
Silk is my favorite soy yogurt and soy milk. Soy products just taste better to me and they naturally have more protein. Love this yogurt!
My grandson is lactose intolerant but he loves yogurt so our local Walmart starting carrying this silk yogurt and he loves it!
While shopping at the grocery this week, I saw the Silk Dairy-free yogurt alternative and decided to give it a try. Today for lunch I had the Tropical Pineapple, and it was delicious. I can't wait to try the Peach and Mango. I would highly recommend this product.
Very creamy. Non dairy alternative. Has all the taste. I have it for breakfast with a little protein powder mixed in, fresh Barrie's and walnuts. Also mix it in smoothie to make it more creamy,
I choose to use plant-based protein products for the most part. Silk Soy Yogurt Alternative tastes great and provides 6 grams of protein per serving. Unless you are allergic to soy products, I would definitely recommend giving this product a try!
After enjoying Silk soy milk products so long, I decided to try one of their yogurts. I bought the peach mango and was pleasantly surprised! I love it so much that I gave up another favorite from Yoplait as their yogurts have too much sugar. I refuse to eat anything with artificial sweeteners in it, so it's important to me to only eat natural cane sugar if I have to.
For someone who can't eat dairy this yogurt is a good alternative, obviously it's not milk but the flavor is good.
I really enjoyed this yogurt; which is amazing coming from someone who HATES regular yogurt. I bought this because, while I know I dislike yogurt, I love almond milk. I had hoped the dairy-free quality would make it more palatable to me. It has a smooth, light flavor that is reminiscent of vanilla pudding. It is a little off-white from what resembles vanilla bean seeds. It also has a less sharp sour note than traditional yogurts (the main reason I like it so much). I've tried this yogurt by itself, with fresh berries, with almonds and honey, and even with a splash of vanilla almond milk to loosen the consistency. All of these ways tasted great. I would buy this in bulk if I could.
Terrible substitution!! Wasn't able to cancel in time (which is also another criticism to state here, that not enough time is given to edit online, before the groceries are out for Delivery). Now I will have to receive this item, as well as other 03 items that were substituted without getting a chance to cancel these substitutions, because I didn't have at 01 hour to take action. And, now I will be paying a much higher price (not worth it at all)!! Not satisfied at all!!!
