This is a well built system, and looks professional. Heavy duty pole with glass backboard and breakaway rim.
This hoop is very nice got the price. I'm sure it will bring many year of play to the kiddos.
love the basketball goal- recommend! Looks awesome ! Works great! Tips: 1. Borrow a post digger or Auger for digging the hole. Not necessary, but will be happy you had it. 2. Be patient when attaching the 2 poles together. Video shows it as a 1 minute process, our reality was probably 6 minutes , but it finally happened. 3. Concrete hardens quick... so just move quickly, so the anchor plate can go in easily. We almost couldn't get the anchor plate on, cause the concrete had started to harden. 4. Most important-We used our truck for attaching the backboard to the post. Had three men stand in the truck bed and hold the backboard, while the fourth guy was on a ladder screwing in the pieces. 5. Enjoy!! LOVE IT!!
Exactly as described. I also purchased installation through Walmart. The scheduling took a little long but went well. My kids love the hoop!
The Silverback SB60 in ground basketball system is an excellent product for the price. Extremely well engineered allowed for a quick and painless installation. A contractor/friend helped with the install - be was impressed with the product having installed a few in his time. Took about 5 hours to install allowing concrete to dry overnight. Backboard has very little vibration - a great driveway system for family and friends. Thrilled with our purchase.

Works fine! I was surprised that you can't dunk on this high quality of a system but seeing that it is a hollow pole and wobbles just from a basketball hitting it, I can understand that it is simply not strong enough.
My son wanted a miniature full court. I bought the SB60 because it matched the Silverback goal that's been there for 12 years. The new one lasted a few weeks with my 130lb son dunking on it. Everyone has dunked on the 12 year old silverback goal and it still works just fine. They don't make them the same. Customer support was very responsive. They sent me new extension arms, but they didn't last either. I contacted them again they asked if anyone dunked on it. I says yes, same kid that dunks on the other silverback goal. They replied they don't cover dunking. This goal was a huge waste of money. I also had to dig a new hole and pour more concrete since the mounting bolts are a smaller pattern. I purchased another brand that actually covers dunking and couldn't be happier with it.
A lot of money and they are poorly made … they shake more than the portable hoop I have in my driveway
