These DO NOT contain the POISON 'Belladonna' which is why most teething tablets are not safe to use on small babies. They also do not contain any numbing agents such as benzocain. I have a one year old who is just now cutting several teeth at once. These work great to help ease his irritability!! They are teeny tiny little tablets. I never used these when he was an infant.
