Similisan Ear Wax Relief Ear Drops does a great job of clearing away wax build up in the ear. I've been using this product for approximately 4 years and it works each and every time, all without chemicals. Especially during the spring and fall allergy seasons, I keep a good supply on hand. Walmart's excellent pricing is a bonus.

I use these drops in the evening. In the a.m. I shampoo my hair and let the warm water flush out my ears. It helps to keep my dry ears from getting clogged like before using the drops. It also helps with the maddening itch I frequently have.
Did a great job of removing the wax from my ears. Very pleased.
I have had chronic ear wax buildup my whole life, and have tried numerous solutions in hopes of finding the right one for me. Most are made with carbamide peroxide, and are too itchy/bothersome for my sensitive ears. I gave this one a try and immediately found it not only effective, but non-bothersome upon application. I especially like the fact that this one is homeopathic, making it a healthier alternative. I simply apply several drops to each ear as needed, and the solution softens and loosens the wax, making it easy for removal. Bottom line, for fellow chronic ear wax sufferers like myself, I highly recommend it. It just works. You will not be disappointed!

It says in the description that it doesn't have peroxide but then later says contains carbamide peroxide...
