It was very easy, simple and also very fast, registering the kit on the website was very easy and performing the test also only consists of stinging your finger with a small needle and adding your blood sample, after that you just have to put your sample in a bag to send it by mail and after that your results will be sent to you in just 24 hours to be able to obtain your results. The truth is it was a unique experience for me and very simple, it is not difficult at all and I think it is one of the best options to perform this diabetes test

I have to check my A1c every 6 months as I am borderline diabetic. You just take the sample and mail it back and the results are so fast. Having young kids, this makes my life easier. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Simple HealthKit at home testing for HbA1c. It was actually super easy to do! I kept putting it off bc you can only ship M-Th. The kit provided excellent instructions with pictures and all. In fact, if you read through the directions, you really can't get it wrong! You are supposed to fill up at least two circles and up to five circles on a paper for testing. My daughter perked me, and I found that my blood sample only filled about half of one circle. Luckily, they send an extra needle, and I was able to do it again. I read through the instructions and found tips on getting your blood flow up before pricking yourself. So I did that, and the second one filled up the rest of the first circle and less than half of the second circle. Because of this, I did not think there would be enough sample for them to return a result. You sign up online to get your results and register your kit. They texted me updates for when the sample was received, and when the sample was processed and the results were ready. It was so easy! I would definitely recommend this for anyone needing or wanting to do at home testing.

However, the lancets provided were painful to use, I had bruises on my fingers for days. It was easy to send the test back and results were processed two days after is shipped the test back. I found that my results were pre-diabetes, which was good to know, but I would have liked more information in the test results page, things like what I could do in the meantime until I saw my doctor. I know it's easy to look up, but for the price of the test, I expected a bit more information on the results page than just my number and a scale. This product still needs some improvements before I would recommend it.

But shipping wasn't fast as it should be so when lab receives sample, they're confused about the collection date. For me, I don't have result as fast as I expected. I think it's better if I can drop the sample at local lab for faster and more accurate result.
